跑鸭·RunYay（跑鸭 AI）插件用户协议（补充）
1. 主体、范围与相关文件
本补充协议由您与成都好多鸭科技有限公司订立，针对跑鸭 AI 插件及跑鸭 MCP 连接，配合 App 总用户协议和 AI 连接隐私政策使用。本协议规定服务使用条件，不以接受协议代替敏感信息处理或跨境提供所需的单独告知及同意。使用宿主还应遵守其适用条款；各方责任根据各自服务和适用法律确定。
2. 服务与运行条件
需要可用的跑鸭账号及授权连接。服务包括单次/分段跑步分析、备赛计划、训练调整及对话内统计报表，可提供可复制CSV文字。核心功能通过远程MCP与对话完成，无需本地Python、字体或文件系统。本插件不提供图片生成、朋友圈发布、手表系统设置或跑步机硬件控制，不保证可下载附件。面向全球支持插件的使用端提供服务；实际可用性受宿主支持、发布状态、账号、网络及适用要求影响，不保证每个国家、地区、设备或客户端均可访问。
3. 费用
当前插件及跑鸭MCP服务免费使用；不要求为使用本插件购买跑鸭会员。跑鸭App其他付费权益不因本条转为免费；AI宿主或网络服务的费用按相应提供者的规则处理。本条不承诺永久不变或无限请求额度。未来若对本服务的费用或使用条件作重大调整，将在实施前依法告知，不自动扣费或把未同意的新费用追溯适用于既往使用。
4. 数据来源、口径与输出
分析以您有权使用、已同步到跑鸭且工具可返回的数据为基础。不同设备的字段、暂停时间和配速口径可能不同，缺失值、分段重叠或近似重复记录会影响结论。插件应标明来源、覆盖和必要口径，不保证AI输出无误、成绩预测必然实现或任何运动指标构成医疗判断。请结合实际状态核对训练建议。
5. 课程预览、确认与变更
制定草案不等于授权保存。创建、覆盖更新、改期或删除前，插件展示具体日期、完整课程、目标、总量和变化，在您确认的范围内执行。默认拟写入未来两周，您可另行指定范围。时间、距离、心率/配速和混合步骤以当前接口实际支持为准。更新可能覆盖旧课；明细不足时应展示完整替换内容。删除不可恢复，应确认具体课程。结果不明时先查询核验，不能盲目重复创建或声称成功。报表请求本身不授权修改课程。
6. 设备同步与训练安全
课程写入跑鸭不等于已经送达手表；需要时请在跑鸭App完成支持设备的同步，并在运动前核对设备实际显示的课程。AI建议用于运动信息参考，不代替医生诊断、治疗或专业个体评估。训练内容应与个人情况相适应。上述提示不排除或限制依法不得排除的服务责任和消费者权利。
7. 使用权限、复制与分享
仅使用您有权访问的账号和数据，不尝试越权查询他人活动或规避接口限制；妥善管理连接，发现异常及时撤销并联系支持。您可以为个人训练查看、复制、保存和分享自己有权使用的报表、课程表及配文，分享前检查隐私和第三方权利。此许可不转让跑鸭商标、软件或第三方素材权利，也不保证AI内容独占；商业使用应另行核对相应权利。跑鸭App总协议中的一般复制限制，不影响本条明确允许的个人使用。
8. 连接解除、内容保存与服务变化
您可停止使用并撤销或断开连接。停止访问、删除跑鸭数据、删除宿主聊天及删除已复制内容是不同操作，按各自入口和隐私政策处理。宿主可能保存您过去的输入、工具结果和回答；卸载插件不会自动删除全部副本。维护、连接失效或数据源变化可能影响服务，重大变化按适用要求通知。不得以第三方参与或网络故障概括免除依法应承担的责任。
9. 年龄、规则变更与争议
本插件不面向不满14周岁的儿童；14至未满18周岁的用户应在监护人指导并同意后使用。所在地法律或 AI 宿主要求更高最低年龄时，应满足较高要求。
本补充自官网公布之日起生效。重大条款变更将在实施前通过适当方式告知；涉及另行同意的事项，按适用要求处理。
本补充与跑鸭App总用户协议共同适用。涉及 AI 连接服务的具体使用安排，以本补充的明确约定为准；任何约定均不排除或限制您依据适用强制性法律享有的权利。发生争议时，可先通过本协议提供的联系方式与我们协商；法律适用及争议解决安排不得剥夺依法不可放弃的当地保护。
RunYay (RunYay AI) Plugin Terms Supplement
1. Parties, scope and related documents
This supplement is between you and 成都好多鸭科技有限公司 (Chengdu Hodoya Technology Co., Ltd.) for RunYay AI and its MCP connection, read with the App User Agreement and AI Connection Privacy Policy. Acceptance of terms does not replace any separate notice or consent required for sensitive-data processing or international transfers. Host services have their own terms; responsibilities follow each party’s services and applicable law.
2. Service and access
A RunYay account and authorized connection are required. Features cover run/segment analysis, race planning, workout adjustment and in-conversation tables, with copyable CSV text. Core workflows use remote MCP and conversation, without local Python, fonts or filesystem access. The plugin does not generate images, post to social networks, change watch system settings or control treadmill hardware, and does not guarantee downloadable attachments. The service is offered worldwide on supported surfaces, subject to host support, release status, account, network and applicable requirements; access on every territory, device or client is not guaranteed.
3. Fees
The current plugin and RunYay MCP service are free to use; no RunYay membership purchase is required for this plugin. Other paid App features are unaffected. Host and network charges follow their providers’ rules. This does not promise permanent pricing or unlimited requests. Material fee/access changes require advance notice as applicable; new fees are not automatically charged or retroactively imposed on prior use without agreement.
4. Sources, metrics and output
Analysis relies on data you are entitled to use, synced to RunYay and available through its tools. Device fields, pauses and pace definitions can differ. Missing fields, overlapping segments and possible duplicates affect conclusions. Outputs should identify sources, coverage and material assumptions. AI output is not guaranteed error-free, performance predictions are not guarantees, and exercise metrics are not medical judgments. Check suggestions against your actual condition.
5. Workout previews and confirmation
A draft is not authorization to save. Before creation, replacement, rescheduling or deletion, show actual dates, full workouts, targets, totals and changes, then act within your confirmed scope. The default save window is the next two weeks; you may choose another range. Supported time, distance, heart-rate/pace and mixed steps depend on the actual interface. Updates may replace prior content; show the full replacement when original details are unavailable. Deletion is irreversible and requires confirmation of the specific workout. Reconcile uncertain results before retrying; a report request alone does not authorize workout changes.
6. Device synchronization and training
Saving to RunYay does not establish delivery to a watch. Complete supported synchronization in the RunYay App and inspect the workout on the device before training. AI suggestions provide exercise information, not diagnosis, treatment or a professional individual assessment. Match training to your circumstances. These notices do not exclude non-excludable service responsibilities or consumer rights.
7. Access, copying and sharing
Use only accounts and data you may access; do not seek unauthorized records or bypass limits. Revoke/report suspicious access. You may view, copy, save and share tables, workouts and captions you are entitled to use for personal training, subject to privacy and third-party rights. This does not transfer trademarks, software or third-party rights, or guarantee exclusive AI output rights. Verify rights separately for commercial use. General copying restrictions in the App agreement do not negate personal use expressly permitted here.
8. Disconnection, saved content and service changes
You can stop using the plugin and revoke or disconnect it. Ending access, deleting RunYay data, deleting host chats and deleting copied content are separate operations under their respective controls and policies. Hosts may retain earlier inputs, tool results and answers; uninstalling does not automatically remove all copies. Maintenance, authorization failures and source changes may affect service. Material changes require appropriate notice; third-party involvement or network errors do not waive legally required responsibilities.
9. Age, changes and disputes
The plugin is not directed to children under 14. Users aged 14–17 require guardian consent and guidance; higher minimum ages required by local law or the AI host apply.
This supplement takes effect upon publication on the official website. Material changes will be communicated appropriately before implementation; any separately required consent will be handled under applicable requirements.
This supplement and the App User Agreement apply together. Express provisions here govern specific AI connection usage arrangements without excluding or limiting mandatory legal rights. Contact us first to seek an agreed resolution of a dispute. Governing-law and dispute arrangements must not deprive you of non-waivable local protections.
